Now You Can See The Facebook Ads Your Competitors Are Running
Since the Cambridge Analytica bombshell earlier this year, Facebook has been rolling out a lot of new features to assure their base that they are being transparent and responsible with their data. And now, one of those features is the ability of Facebook users to see the ads that companies are running. That also means that your competitors can see the ads that you are running as well.
With the ads you see, they can only see the ad and copy, but not any stats like LIKE’s, Comments, and Shares…but if your secret sauce is copywriting, be on the look out for people trying to lift what you copy says and try to use them in their ads.
It’s really easy to check them out. I have done a screen share that you can watch below:
1. Log in to Facebook (well, duh…right)
2. Find the page you want to see their ads
3. Click ‘Info and Ads’ on the left panel
4. Now you should see the active ads that company is running
